A room is available in a two-bed apartment in Kennington, sharing with me, Ziggy, a 31-year-old guy from Latvia. The apartment is a lovely hi-spec warehouse conversion with floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of natural light. It's on the Northern and Victoria lines in Zone 1 and walking distance to the west end and south bank. It's available from the beginning of December although we can be flexible. Location: Vauxhall, Oval and Kennington stations are about 5-10 minutes walk away, as well as a dozen or so bus routes, meaning you can get anywhere in London pretty quickly. It's a laid-back area with a few pubs and coffee shops as well as a big Tesco.
The flat: It's a 2-bed warehouse conversion with high ceilings and a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room. It's on a quiet road with zero traffic noise.
About me: I'm Ziggy, a 31-year-old who works for a fintech company. I'm busy with work during the week and usually take it easy at the weekend, so someone on the same wavelength would be great. I’m fairly laid-back, neat and tidy, and like climbing and running, reading and watching Netflix, going out occasionally.
Rent: The rent will be £853 a month for a new 1-2 year lease plus bills of about £150.
