It’s a double room in Kennington (zone 1), SE11 4UQ. Room is on the lower ground floor of the flat, it has a double bed with two wardrobes for storage. It also has a small desk and an arm chair. The window looks out on the garden at the back. Extremely quiet room and gets plenty of sunshine.

10 min walk to either Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) or Kennington Tube (Northern line).It has great transport links to Waterloo (10 minute bus) and also easy bus routes to central London. The flat is a ground floor and basement. There is a living room/dining room, a good sized well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower and a bath and two good sized double bedrooms. There is a garden at the back with table and chairs. The flat has a washing machine and a dryer.

I have been working & studying in London for the past 5 years. I work in central London for an art gallery and tend to be either at home in the evenings or seeing friends.
