Huge Double Room w/ Ensuite

Our flatmates have purchased their first home which means we are looking for a single person or couple to join us in Kennington.

The flat is v modern and HUGE for London, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (yours will have an ensuite, the shower has fab water pressure), a large kitchen and living area.

Our apartment is also very well connected - we're 8 minutes walk from Kennington Station (Northern Line), 15 minutes walk from both Vauxhall (Victoria line) and Lambeth North (Bakerloo line), with multiple bus stops right outside our door. We also have a Tesco right underneath us (perfect for last min wine/netflix-watching snacks). Plus Waterloo and the London Eye etc are only 20 minutes walk away.

The flat is furnished so no need to worry about that trip to IKEA!

You'll be living with Doug and Hayley, a kiwi couple who love to travel abroad and explore London. Doug works in structural engineering and Hayley works in marketing/social media. In the weekends we love going out for brunch and coffee (there are some good spots in Kennington too), socialising with friends and exploring london.

The rent is £1200 a month, and bills are around £80-100 a month (everything). Our flatmates are moving out on the 3rd so looking for someone to move in on the 4th of April.
