I am looking for a preferably FEMALE flatmate in their EARLY or LATE 30IES who likes their home clean and tidy and are respectful toward others. It is definitely not a party house and also not suitalble for couples.

The flat is very cosy and light filled with stunning bedrooms' view. There are 3 bedrooms.
The block building is safe and there is a little green comumunal yard.

The flat comes with a kitchen and a living room. There is also a bicycle's storage downstairs.

The rent includes the price of central heating, water and internet. The additional expenses are: council tax and electricity ( approx. £60 per month)
