Double Bedroom in a 3 bed flat across the road from Oval Station and Kennington Park. It’s a nice, safe area near a big Tesco, Nisa, and a range of cafes, restaurants and pubs.
The flat and room are fully furnished. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and has further storage under the bed. The flat has a large shared living room and separate kitchen. The kitchen has been recently fitted with a boiler, fridge and washing machine. We also have a locked storage room next door for bikes, extra luggage, etc.

I have lived here for 4 happy years and now sadly moving out! Current housemates, Gemma and Maddy are both professionals who work mostly at the office with a few work from home days too. Gemma works in building conservation and Maddy works for a charity.

Out of the flat, they both like to see art, theatre and a lot of the other cultural things on offer in London. Inside the flat, they’re social but looking for a relaxed vibe. Often tuning in to whatever is the latest tv gold and more than happy to exchange updates on who’s annoying who at work, or whether you should buy that 50th pair of trousers from Vinted.

We’re looking for someone who likes the sound of the above, is keen to chip in to the cleaning and general flat admin and ideally is hybrid/ office working. They’ve removed the option to list this, but friendly to all the Ls, the Gs and the btq+s 🌞

Our landlord is super nice and easy going, happy to help out when need be, or fix/update anything we need.

The room is available to move in from 20th July and possibly a little before then if that works
