Centrally located in zone 1 with great transport links. Close to three tube lines (Kennington, Lambeth North and Vauxhall) , 10mins walk to the Thames (London Eye) )and various buses are going to Piccadilly and Waterloo area. 8 minute walk to Kennington tube and a 15 minutes walk to Waterloo, Vauxhall and Lambeth North.
You can also walk in to town and are 15 mins away from the London Eye and the Southbank. The river is a 10 min walk away with great views to Big Ben. A bicycle hire scheme is just outside the house or the bike can be stored in the garage downstairs. Lots of pubs, shops, green spaces, Mercato Metropolitana and a farmers market are close by and are easily accessible.

The flat is furnished/equipped in a high spec and I'm looking for someone who appreciates this, is clean and looks after it.
