We have a fantastic double room available immediately in a high rise masionette which is 2 mins walk from Kennington tube and about 5 mins from Elephant and Castle.
There are three bedrooms in the flat so you'd be sharing it with two others. They're both mild mannered, friendly, sociable and work regular hours. The building is safe and secure with a concierge desk, cctv, electronic doors, etc. The owner doesn't live in the flat. The current occupants like to keep it very clean and tidy so I'm looking for somebody who will do the
same.

Your room has a memory foam bed and a large built in wardrobe with lots of shelves for storage.

The flat has a fully stocked kitchen with fridge, washer dryer, microwave, plates, pots and pans, etc. It's also got an attached dining area with tv, unlimited wireless broadband, etc. Outside, it has a balcony with an obscure view of london eye, houses of parliament, etc.

The room is for single occupancy only, that means only one person living in it. It's ok if you have friends or partners to stay for a few days but not permanently. All your bills, heat, light, council tax, TV, internet etc are already paid so all you pay is your monthly rent and deposit when you move in initially which is set as one month's rent.
