Double ensuite in Zone 1 *reduced rent for 6 month

A big double room furnished, with lots of storage space and own ensuite bathroom available from mid November as my housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. *Move in date flexible, can be any time from mid November - 1st of January!

We have a big living area room and a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine) on the first floor and the two bedrooms with each its own bathroom on the second floor. There is also a balcony on the first floor.

It's in a great location 7 min walk from Kennington tube station, 10 minutes from Vauxhall and 15 min to Elephant and Castle. You can walk to Waterloo (+/- 30 mins) and walk to the city under an hour. There's also a bus right outside that will take you to the city centre in less than 30 minutes.

Lots of restaurant nearby and a quiet neighberhoud. It's close to Kennington Park and a big tesco which is about 5 minutes away.

You'll be moving in with me, 25 year old female who is currently working from home. There's enough space for two people to work from home in the living room if need be, but there's enough space to put a desk in your room as well.
I'm always down to watch a movie and have some food together. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy in the communal areas and happy to make this place a home.

Because of Covid, I'm happy to do initial meetings over Skype/Zoom if preferred and can send you a video of the property. Then you can come for a second viewing in person. I'm happy to be flexible about it all.

Bills come to roughly 100 pounds extra a month. *Reduced rent is for 6 months and will be reviewed after that.
