We are looking for someone to replace our flatmate and to be nice addition to our sociable house on the 18th of September.
The house is very well located, in Cleaver Square (perfect for summer pints and pétanque), 3 minutes from Kennington station and close to many commodities (great pubs).
It’s a bright house with a lovely living room, a big kitchen, a dinning room that can be used to WFH and a garden (place of many Bbq parties during summer).
The rent includes : gas, electricity, council tax, tv licence, water, internet and a cleaner (she comes once a week).
The contract will be signed for 7 months, provisionally as the landlord may want to sell.
About us :
Ashley, 37, public economist, likes cooking, sport, theater, comedy, and comes with a cat called Alvin.
Charline, 30, French TV Journalist, likes cooking, running and cycling, traveling around the country.
Caoimhe, 31, Fashion designer, like art, reading, going to the cinema .
It’s quite a sociable house, going for drinks time to time, but we all have our own circle of friends.
So we are looking for a professional, that will be a great fit to our house.
