Available room near Kennington

me and my friend Maddie are living in a 3 bedroom apartment near Kennington and Oval Tube Stations (5 min walk). We had a third flatmate that has had to leave the flat and therefore we are looking for her replacement. We are 25 and 24 and very friendly, tidy and eager to meet new people. :)

The flat is very nice, with lots of light. The available bedroom is the smallest of the three. The flat has a well-sized living room, a balcony, a nice kitchen, and separate bathroom and toilet. The price would be 750 pounds plus the bills (22 pounds electricity, 40 council tax, 10 water and 9 wifi per person) so around 831 overall.

The room is the third one in the video. It is the smallest one so it pays less than the rest.

The entry date would be anytime from the 3rd of March, and the contract we have now expires in August.
