Quiet double en-suite in 2-bedroom flat

The house is located in a very nice and quiet street only a couple of minutes from Kennington Park. Nearby there are many cafes, pubs, a large Tesco’s and great transport links:
-5min walk to Kennington tube station (Northern line – both branches)
-13min walk to Vauxhall (Victoria line and rail)

The available double bedroom en-suite (bathroom with shower + WC) is on the first floor, next to the dinning area and kitchen. On the top floor you’ll find the living room and my bedroom (both bedrooms have the same layout).

If you work or study from home you can set yourself up either in the living room or kitchen/dinning room – both shared areas can be rearranged accordingly to what you might need, including storage space and additional furniture.

I’m originally from Brazil and I’ve been living in London for the past 7 years. I was working in recruitment up until recently but now I’m focused on finishing my MSc which ends in March.
In my spare time I love meeting up with friends, going to musicals and being around nature. At home I like to watch Netflix, read and knit (according to my new year resolutions I also draw but we’ll see how that goes).

The room is available from the 1st of February
£850 rent + circa £130 bills (water, council tax, electricity, gas, internet).
