One bedroom apartment located in Kennington. Just 5 min walk from either Vauxhall Station or Kennington Station.

This is for an assignment/ transfer of our current lease. We are leaving 4months prior our break clause (12 months). The lease is until Feb 2024 with a possibility of leaving from Feb 2023. We are relocating to France.

This one bedroom apartment is fully furnished. You will only need beddings and towels, and a TV (negotiable if you want ours). The kitchen is fully equipped as well, cutlery, plates etc are included.

The building has a great gym and sauna, and a Tesco SuperStore just 2 min walk. There also is a concierge during the weekdays (perfect for Amazon deliveries)

It’s a great apartment, we would stay if we could.

The rent is 1841£ per month, bills to be paid separately.
Council tax is 140£

You will need to be approved by the rental agency to take over our lease, so the usual requested from agencies will be required (pay slips, recommendation from previous landlord etc)
