Excellent location and very clean! Maximum 3 people in total in the apartment.

It is a clean, modern fully furnished very large double room with an oak Queen size double bed, small sofa, large desk with chair, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, blinds and curtains.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Separate toilet and bathroom to share.

Large eat in kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and kettle. A few minutes (2 minutes) walk from the Kennington park. Several supermarkets (a few Tescos, Morrisons, M&S, etc) and a post office around. 5 minutes walk to the Kennington station. Several bus routes nearby to all directiions- Pimlico, Westminster, Battersea, London Bridge, City, Waterloo, Brixton, Clapham, Holborn, Oxford Street, Kings Cross, Borough, Greenwich, Lewisham, etc.

Walking distance to quite a few Universities.

Bikes nearby. Bike storages also nearby.
