Excellent location and very clean! Maximum 3 people in total in the apartment. It is a clean fully furnished very large double room (available from end September) with an oak double bed, sofa, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, blinds and curtains. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Separate toilet and bathroom to share. Large eat in kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and kettle. A few minutes walk from the Kennington park. Several supermarkets and a post office around. 5 minutes walk to the Kennington station. Several bus routes nearby. Walking distance to quite a few Universities.
