Excellent location and very clean! Maximum 3 people in total in the apartment. It is a clean fully furnished very large double room (available from end August) with a oak double bed, day bed/sofa, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, blinds and curtains. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Separate toilet and bathroom to share. Large eat in kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and kettle. A few minutes walk from the Kennington park. Several supermarkets and a post office around. 5 minutes walk to the Kennington station. Several bus routes nearby. Walking distance to quite a few Universities.
