Our lovely flatmate is moving back up North so my husband and I are looking to find a new tenant to rent our spare bedroom.
The room is dual aspect so very light and has its own private balcony, there is also a shared bathroom and large eat in kitchen. The room is located at the opposite end of the flat to our rooms with the kitchen and bathroom in between which we have found works really well for personal space and privacy.
The flat is located in a victorian block on a very pretty street and offers excellent transport links with the 03, 59 and 159 buses stopping just round the corner and kennington tube station (zone 1/2) less than 5 minutes walk. We also think Kennington is a really lovely place to live with great bars cafes and restaurants.

We may also consider a Monday to Friday let at a lower rent.
