G’Day and Labas!

Our flatmate will be moving out at the end of december and we are on the hunt for the next best flat-mate!

ROOM / FLAT: Your room would have a double bed (Not queen but not a single!) in a cosy bedroom with built in storage space. Our lovely flat is spacious! Everything shared, we have a large living / lounge room, separate kitchen and bathroom (shower over bath and toilet).

DEPOSIT: YES, there is a deposit of £769 and £50 to update tenancy agreement - SpareRoom wouldn't let up date 'Extra Costs'.

WHO ARE WE: Lucas, an Aussie that likes my nights out and in, wine (wine and more wine) and good banter.
Minde, a Lithuanian with a passion for Asian food, loves to video game and have a desire for Aperol Spritz’

YOU: A respectful, clean and happy-go-lucky, friendly person.

ADDITIONAL:
- Broadband included – Yes, we have Wi-Fi but is part of Bills.
- Bills average £180 per month each person.

We fully appreciate that there may be a huge interest in the flat, so bare with us as we get back to you.
