2 rooms available in Kennington

Hello :) We have two rooms available on the 2nd floor in our house in Kennington for a few months before we refurbish it. The house is cosy but quite spartan at the minute hence the lower price. One is a small but sunny south facing double room and the other is a light larger bedroom with king size bed. Both have ample cupboard space but no other furniture at present.

My wife and I are both professional artists and have studios elsewhere but also do bits of work from home too. We are nice friendly busy folk who are happy to do stuff together but also leave you to your own devices :)

We have two very chummy but perhaps not very sharp house cats, so hope whoever moves in is good with pets and won't let them loose on the street as we would hate to lose them!

There is a handy big tesco nearby, lots of pubs, a lovely park and it's really quick to walk to either Vauxhall, Kennington or Oval tube stations, around 10-15 mins walk.
