Large Double bedroom *LOW DEPOSIT* with walk in closet now available in my shared 3 bedroom flat. I myself am not always in the property. Weekends I am never there.

Flat is situated on the ground floor on a very quiet residential road, opposite a nursery. Current tenant is a nice Korean lady that has been there for 1 year and is now moving out to host more family and gatherings. She has enjoyed her stay entirely and is happy to give feedback if needed.

It is 6-8min walk to Kennington station, and 12-15 minute walk to Elephant & castle, so the transport links are fantastic. You are in the heart of Zone 1 south London.

Kitchen: 2 FRIDGE FREEZERS so plenty of space, fully fitted with oven, new kettle, cupboard space, , air fryer, and washing machine. Drying racks provided too.

Rooms are well insulated with central heating and wooden flooring throughout.

You will have adhoc access to the main living room area, granted that it is not occupied by myself when conducting work calls. I will be away most weekends.

Bathroom is brand new with walk in shower, toilet, and sink. There will be some on going renovations here and there when time permits, but with respect of all tenants.

The flat also benefits from a small bathroom on the ground floor with toilet and wash basin.

We all make an effort to clean up after ourselves, especially keeping the kitchen and bathroom areas clean, so we expect the same from the new tenant.

The room has ample space with a big drawer and walk in closet. Nice comfy Double bed with a desk provided for work. You will have access to a shared ironing board and Iron.

--About us--
1 male tenant: mixed ethnicity, young professional late 20s/early 30s. Works in tech and is very health conscious. Stays over on average twice a week due to the nature of his job so most of the time, flat will be yours to enjoy with other female. Loves to cook, and respects each other's space and privacy.

1 Female tenant: a lovely Italian lady who works in Tech + Telco. Loves to cook, very social, and is a very respectful bubbly character.

Guests: you are allowed to invite 1-2 guests over at a time, infrequently, but must be communicated beforehand. Strictly no parties can be held in the apartment as residents will complain, and there is young kids in the block.

The rent is inclusive of council tax, electricity and gas will also be included and topped up by myself via the meter. New sky fibre broadband has been inputted and works perfectly.
