Description
A newly painted spacious double room is available in my shared 3 bedroom flat. I myself am not always in the property, so I will be using a much smaller box room, and allocating the best room for the new tenant.
Flat is situated on the ground floor on a very quiet residential road, opposite a nursery. It is 6-8min walk to Kennington station, and 10-15 minute walk to Elephant & castle, so the transport links are fantastic.
Kitchen: fully fitted with oven, new kettle, cupboard space, fridge freezer, air fryer, and washing machine. Will be getting a tumble dryer soon.
Rooms are well insulated with central heating and wooden flooring throughout.
You will have access to the main living room area.
Bathroom is brand new with walk in shower, toilet, and sink. There will be some on going renovations here and there when time permits, but with respect of all tenants.
The flat also benefits from a small bathroom on the ground floor with toilet and wash basin.
We both make an effort to clean up after ourselves, especially keeping the kitchen and bathroom areas clean, so we expect the same from the new tenant.
There will be a cleaner coming every 2 weeks.
If you are in need of extra storage, this can be provided at an additional £50pm, which will give you access to a garage.

Flat is shared between myself and one other young male professional late 20s/early 30s. Both work in tech firms, project management and sales. Other tenant is in and out so isn't there as much due to the nature of his job. Both love to cook, and respect each other's space and privacy.
Would consider a Mon-Fri rent with lower rent.
The rent is only inclusive of council tax and rate of the room. Electricity and gas is on a meter and will need to be topped up. Internet will be provided.
** 1 MONTH DEPOSIT ** required and move in date can be flexible, but looking for someone ASAP.
of all the bills (fibre broadband, electricity, council tax, etc), one-month deposit will be required.
