Double Room - Other Flatmate Rarely Stays

Small double room available in 2 bed Flat. Zone 1. Excellent location.

I jointly own this flat with my sister but she is moving to Canada on 7 August for minimum 1 year. Her room is available from this date.

I am a female professional, age 33, and currently use my room around 1 week per month. You will therefore have the whole flat to yourself for the majority of the time.

Note this is a double room but it is quite small, see photos. It is therefore probably not ideal for couples although they are welcome! Ideal for a young professional working centrally who wants a safe, quiet, central, flat and an easy commute.
