Double Room Few mins away from Kennington Tube!

Hey, I'm Tim, one of the flatmates looking for a third person to join us!

The flat is in an estate that is a very brutalist architecture tower blocks and is a few minutes walk away from Kennington (5min) and Elephant & Castle (15min)

There are 3 bedrooms in the flat, the available room, is a nice spacious double bedroom that has enough room for a desk and lots of storage space integrated into the room. The building is safe and secure with a concierge. We also have a cleaner that comes in every fortnight or so.

We are looking for a nice clean flatmate who will clean up after themselves and participate in house chores—someone who is easy to get along with, responsible and respectful of other people's space. I. E not using the washing machine at 7 am lol.

A bit about us.

I'm 28, British-born Chinese. just recently moved into the flat last in March and I enjoy living here so far! I work in Architecture and I go to the office 4 days a week, WFH on Friday. There are many great restaurants and parks nearby. I'm quite an easygoing person, I like to socialise but I also like my own space, In my spare time, I normally go to the gym after work or play some badminton.

The other flatmate Is Charbel, he is Lebanese and has lived in the flat for over 2 years. He is also very friendly and clean. He WFHs Monday to Friday and likes to travel a lot!

If you're interested in viewing the room, please give me a description of yourself / your occupation / how long you're looking to stay and when would you be free to view. I can be somewhat flexible with the viewings as I work nearby.

The room is currently vacant so the landlord is looking for someone to move in asap but also the right person to share with us.
