One double bedroom available on a picturesque street nestled between Kennington (10mins) and Vauxhall (15mins) stations. It’s a lovely local area full of pubs, with good access to supermarkets and transport links as well as within walkable distance of Westminster, Waterloo, and even the City of London.

The two bedroom flat offers a spacious kitchen and separate living room, a shower bathroom and a sunny garden shared with the downstairs flat.

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s part of the lease as she is buying her own place. The room is available from late July, and I’m happy to negotiate a move-in date (rent is paid mid-month), as it will take a few weeks to get all paperwork sorted with the estate agents. You’ll be sharing with me, a 29 year old from Edinburgh working in finance in the city and I’m looking for a fellow professional who likes to socialise but will be respectful and look after the place with me. Evenings/weekends tend to involve watching sport at the pub or enjoying having friends over for dinner.

Room rent is currently £1140pcm, noting this is usually increased by the estate agent each October (so I would recommend budgeting closer to £1250 after the next increase!). Bills are not included, these usually come to c£150pcm. Council tax band is C.
