We are Kenia and Sabrina, Brazilian and Italian respectively, young professionals. Kenia is a Sales Rep and Sabrina is a Manga Buyer for Waterstones – we have been living in this house for three years (Kenia) and six years (Sabrina), looking for a new flatmate to enjoy our ground-floor-flat. Our former flatmate left after two years and a half of tenancy to live with her boyfriend. At the moment we are sharing the house with a lovely girl, who will however leave at the end of November – and her room will turn into a living room! During the period when the house is shared by 4 people (August to end of November), the price will drop to £710. From the end of November, when the house is shared by 3 people, the price will go back to £750.

What we are offering is a very large, clean, double room, (13m2), overlooking the peaceful Kennington park, to rent to one person in quiet, refurbished flat.

8 minutes (600m) from Kennington and Oval tube stations, 3 minutes from bus stops. There are three main bus stops – one will take you to London Bridge in 15 minutes, one to Westminster in 20 minutes and one to Victoria in 15 minutes. Zone1/2.

Quiet location, away from the main road. Large Tesco 10 mins walk away and 24 hour Nisa store just across the park. Outdoor gym in park just in front.

The park has a lovely café with a pizzeria, a honey factory where you can buy delicious fresh honey every day, ping pong tables, a basketball court, a netball court and three tennis courts. Kennington park also holds a festival every summer. Families and young people alike enjoy the park very much.

This will be perfect for you if you’re very clean and tidy, and clean up after showering and cooking, leaving no mess. We're looking for a flatmate who is quiet with not too many visitors, a non-smoker, in work (no work from home) and want somewhere calm, green, sunny and central to live. Not a party house but we enjoy socialising.

The flat has a kitchen, toilet (separate from the bathroom, with shower and bathtub) small living room and corridor, and a patio at the front.

Bills are approx. £115 per month (including a cleaner twice a month) until the end of November, when our current flatmate leaves, and then they will be approx. £150.
