Two double rooms (one large one small) gated mews

Two double rooms available (one large and one small) both with plenty of storage and a bathroom between them in a gorgeous gated mews in the heart of Kennington.

This is being offered as either two separate rooms to two individuals, or the whole floor, including the two rooms and bathroom to a couple, or one person who would like to use the smaller double as a private living room/ office. Please do let me know what option/ bedroom you’d be interested in.

Bathroom on the top floor would be shared between the two rooms. You would be sharing the kitchen and large living room on the ground floor with one female house mate - a publisher - who’s room and bathroom are in the basement. New lease begins 20th August but move in date can be flexible.

Looking for friendly flatmates who likes to socialise, and share the occasional meal, glass of wine, but who also have their own interests.

The house overlooks a stunning courtyard, with friendly neighbours and gorgeous cafes and it’s very secure - gated with keypad access.

Kennington is a really wonderful area - a stones throw from the Southbank (15 minute walk to the London Eye) and surrounded by great pubs, restaurants and parks. Transport links are excellent - with bus connections on the door step, plus Vauxhall, Kennington and Oval stations all a 7 minute walk and there is a new, large Tesco a 3 minute walk away.

Please note the bedrooms will be largely unfurnished as my current flatmate is taking his bed with him, and has been using the second bedroom as an office.

The living room / kitchen is furnished but I can be flexible with accommodating anything you have.
