Hi my name is Jack I'm a doctor working in London, I'm looking to rent out my old room in a flat in Kennington, my old flat mate (female doctor) will stay at the flat.

It's a spacious furnished room in our modern 3-bedroom flat. Located close to Kennington Park. There are 2 rooms available, the second is a smaller, but still fits a double bed.

• Bedrooms: both fully furnished with a double bed, build-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

• Modern Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, plenty of counter space, and storage.

• Private Outdoor Area: A lovely patio area accessible through the shared living room

• 1 main bathroom + additional downstairs toilet

Included in the rent is a weekly cleaner, council tax and heating/hotwater bills.

Ideally looking for another professional to join my friend Marissa on a medium to long term basis.
