We have a large shared living room, dining room, large kitchen with French doors onto the garden with outdoor sofas and hammock and also a roof terrace too for catching the last bit of sunlight in the evenings!

Bonus point - we have secure rain proof bike storage in the garden too if you're into cycling!

£881 - Bills included. Has brilliant storage in the brown units showed and under the bed. If the orange wall doesn't agree with you you'd be very welcome to paint it a new colour! The other furnishings shown (other than the bed) belong to the outgoing tenant.

Deposit is £1020, and will be paid to the outgoing housemate.

Liam (32) works as creative director in advertising, has been living in the house for 4 years.

Chikka (31) works as a product manager in the music industry, has been living in the house for 3 years.

Alex (28) works at a climbing gym, has lived in the house for 8 months.

Monica (29) works in tech marketing, will be joining us from August this year.

Mulilo (8 mths) our resident fur baby living her best indoor kitty life. She roams the communal spaces freely so you’ll need to be ok with cats 🐈 .

We have a range of interests spanning music, DIY, festivals, decadent meals, roller skating, cycling, climbing and a cheeky TV binge every so often.

Bills are included in total price - come to around £160 per month. This covers all bills (Inc Council Tax) and our weekly cleaner who cleans all communal spaces, kitchen and bathrooms.
