The room is £783.40 per month, not including bills (which are around £130).

Our lovely Georgian terrace home is located in a quiet square in Lambeth, with easy access to Waterloo, Lambeth North, and Elephant and Castle tube stations. We're all full-time professionals with varying work-from-home and office schedules. The house features a spacious living and dining area, a decent-sized kitchen, and a charming garden that could use some TLC (perfect for those who love gardening).
You'll be joining two boys and one girl, living with a tall Star Wars fan, his friend from school, and a bright PhD graduate. A good sense of humor and an open mind are always appreciated.
