A double room available on a Monday to Friday basis in a friendly professional flatshare in central Kennington (live in landlord). Flat is 2 bed and 2 bath so effectively will have sole use of the main bathroom. Male applicants preferred please.

The room is being redecorated and will have a brand new double bed and mattress. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Everything is fresh and clean. The rest of the flat has a shared lounge of a good size with kitchen and a balcony which gets the sun. Furniture is of a high quality and the development has an upmarket feel to it. Wi-Fi.

The flat is very well located for transport. Kennington tube is a 7 minute walk. Buses to the West End and central areas are close by. Many shops and supermarkets in the vicinity.

The flat is quiet and am looking for someone who keeps regular hours and is not coming in at late times. Strictly no smoking of any sort. Gay friendly and naturist as well at times.
