✨Looking for someone to take over my small double room✨
Looking for a girl in their 20s, who has a full time job, is respectful and sociable! You’d be living with a 25 year old girl, who works full time. You’d be taking over my tenancy which runs until 20 January 2025 (with possibility of renewal).

You’d need to flexible in terms of moving in date as I’m looking for a new flat with my boyfriend from mid/end September or early October so there isn’t a strict move in date for now.
Viewing date TBC but thinking end of the week commencing 2nd September or weekend of 7-8 September.

My rent is £1,000 (excluding bills). You’d need to pass referencing for the share of the rent which is £1,125 (even though you’d be paying less rent). This means you need to either earn around £39k annually, pay the shortfall upfront or have a UK based guarantor. Bills are approximately £150/200 a month.
I’d also be looking to sell my share of the furniture that we bought on top of the furniture which came with the flat such as the tv, tv table, mirror and other bits.

My room includes a small double bed, a bedside table, a set of drawers and built-in small wardrobe. The room is facing at the back of the building so it’s quiet.

The flat is located between Kennington and Elephant & Castle in a new build. It’s very secure and also has parking and bike storage. The location is amazing, with the Barkerloo and Northern line within a 5 minute walk. The flat is also super modern, has a stunning balcony and super bright. It has lots of storage and a laundry machine. The building also has a lift and a rooftop which is accessible whenever you want.
