Single en-suite room available for rent Kennington

We have a spare room available for rent in Kennington (SE11). The room is ensuite and furnished with a single bed as well as a wardrobe and desk, however you are welcome to switch out any furniture. Living in the house currently are only students, however we are open to renting to non-students as we need somebody to rent the room by 27th October (or ASAP) as the previous tenant has decided to move into University student accommodation instead.
• The house is smoke free, however there is a garden which you are free to use if you are a smoker.
• Sadly, there is no parking outside however there are often parking spaces within a short walking distance of the house.
• Rent is £75 p/w, excluding water and electricity: which we split as a house. However, this is negotiable.
