The house has two bathrooms/washrooms, a large and beautiful peaceful garden area, with storage space.

It also has a large living room, and conjoined office area - for reading, relaxing, working and watching TV – as well as a large kitchen that overlooks the garden, with a large communal space.

The location is superb: a seven minute walk to Kennington tube station - one stop away from Waterloo. It is situated beside the leafy Kennington Park - and close to various amenities, within walking distance to Elephant and Castle and Oval.

Unquestionably the thing about the property is the housemates. Kieran, James, Keith and Tim are friendly young professionals with a wide range of interests, who love being social at the weekends.

Our weekly cleaner also does a fabulous job. We split the cost between us and pay it as part of the monthly bills. Other bills – council tax, wifi, electricity, gas, water – are also paid monthly and included in the bills.
