Short-term Sublet - Kennington Townhall Conversion

Hi, my name is Moritz (26, m) - I will be moving with my flatmates Zeynep (27, f) and Jan (25, m) to a new house in Kennington on Oct 15. We are looking for a person to fill a room for 2-4 weeks short-term:
- Rent GBP400 per week, all included
- Sorry about the pictures, we don't have better ones at the moment but can guarantee that the home is well furnished and in decent condition
- total living area around 250 sqm, full kitchen, large living room
- Short walk to Kennington station (Northern line, both branches)
- We started working about a year ago and would ideally look for someone in a similar situation
