Gorgeous Room In Kennington

Really sad to be leaving my room in Kennington that has been my haven for the past 3 years.

The room is the second largest out of the three and comes with the following furnishings: 1x double bed, 1x wardrobe, 1x bed side table, 1x set of drawers. The window in the bedroom over looks the huge shared rear garden and usually has a rose bush with a rose that comes out in the summer.

The flat is ground floor, in an Edwardian building. Gorgeous oak flooring throughout, new kitchen and modern interior. The kitchen leads straight into a sizeable shared garden, which is amazing during the summer. We have a gardener who keeps both the front and back gardens looked after, so one less worry! If you're a cat lover, we have many friendly cats who like to make themselves very much at home if the back door is left open for too long 🙃

Currently living there is Archie and Georgina - two working professionals. Archie works in Pizza Express HQ and Georgina works in Investment Management. Both very easy going! The vibe of the flat is hang out when we can but also very much have our own busy lives too.

Kennington has been my favourite place for the best part of my London living experience. The local pubs are second to none, special shoutout to Dog House and Prince of Wales by Cleaver Square, lots of nice local restaurants, 2x Tesco Express' minutes walk away and a big one no more than 8 minutes walk away. I've spent many runs, walks and Boris bikes alongside the Thames from the flat, into central London or up to Tower Bridge. It's a fantastic spot I've loved for a very long time!
