My home is a 1 bedroom flat which is clean, tidy and fairly modern.
I would like to rent it to someone whilst I am away from 29th November until 17th Jan (7 weeks)

I live 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall tube station
15 minutes walk from Waterloo and other iconic areas such as Big Ben and the London Eye.
There is no parking available here unless you pay to park each day £2
I live on the first floor of a small block of flats and there is lift access
No deposit or reference needed
However a holding fee to secure the space will be necessary once agreed you want the space
