En-suite room in Zone 1

Hi!

I’m currently looking for a new flatmate for this beautiful flat. It has an open living room kitchen area with four big windows. The hallway has a big mirror and also has a washing machine in the utility closet.

The bedroom itself has a double bed with dimmable lights, built in wardrobe and some shelves, and comes with its own en-suite bathroom. The desk and chest of drawers pictured are unfortunately not included, but gives a good idea of the furniture you could get for the room.

The location is amazing, it's in close walking distance to Kennington, Vauxhall, Lambeth North and Waterloo station, and has bus routes 59, 159, 3 and 360 right on our doorstep.

There's also a Tesco Express in the building, which is super handy!

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me. I’m 30 and I work in media in central London. I’m from Denmark but have lived in the UK for 10 years. I love cosy wholesome activities, am not a big party person and am looking for someone likeminded and who appreciates a cosy, clean and homely flat.

I’m looking for a flatmate that has experience with living with others, who is very clean and considerate. I take pride in making a flat feel like a home so I’m looking for someone who takes pride in our home being clean and cosy ☺️ I’d love for us to cook together and watch a film once in a while, but also appreciate alone time.

The room is available from Dec 17th.
