4-bed and 2 bath Victorian terraced house spread out over 3 floors, with a double bedroom available. The room will be available from 1st October
Currently living: An Argentinian guy, a Venezuelan guy and a French/British girl.
All young professionals, pretty relaxed, respectful and chill.
This is not a party house, pre drinks are fine occasionally.
We work from home 2 days a week approximately, the room advertised will have space for a desk in the living room if they want to.
The room is unfurnished but prior flatmate may sell their bed/mattress to the next, if they want. The rest of the furniture on the house is owned by the current flatmates, but everything is shared :)
Bills are around £180 per month with everything included: fortnightly cleaning, utilities and common kitchen/bathroom supplies.
