Looking for the final flatmate to complete a 4 bed shared flat in a great & extremely convenient area in London of Kennington/Vauxhall.

You will be joining myself, one other boy & a girl so a Female would be preferred to keep it evenly split between male & female.
I am a 26 year old Golf Professional from Lancashire & the other 2 are also working professionals.

Nice quiet area & private block of flats which is great.
Previously as a flat we have all got on really well, socialised together, gone out together, go for drinks, do activities, go out together, watch the football in or at the pub, make food together, watched a film together, we have always made use of the shared living room

Nice quiet, calm area of London which is quite close to everything in London with 2 tube stations of Vauxhall & Kennington, Vauxhall train station, plenty of bus stops & a 30/40 minute walk into the centre.

Shared Living Room, Bathroom & Kitchen already equipped with everything you will need.

Bills are ontop rent which is around £100/£120 (Council Tax, Water, WiFi, TV Licence, Gas & Electricity)
