Beautiful room in sunny 3-bed house

Double room in a big 3-bed, 2.5-bath house in Kennington (2 mins from Kennington Park & 5 mins from Kennington Station).

I'm sadly moving out of the country and looking for someone to take over my room.

About the house: it is occupied by 2 sociable professionals - Pia & Marta. Pia works in advertising, and Marta is a filmmaker. The vibes are very relaxed, but we do like a clean and tidy home, and tend to keep hosting to small gatherings. We usually WFH 2/3 days a week and like to cook and chill most weekday evenings, then the usual pub and other antics on the weekend. Looking for someone who is keen to hang out and host together occasionally, but equally has their own plans.

The bedroom is spacious and bright (top floor). The communal area has a cosy living room, an open-plan dining room, and a separate eat-in kitchen with a garden out back (BBQ too!).

Great location with plenty of nice pubs, cafes and supermarkets nearby (24/7 Nisa local around the corner & a Tesco superstore less than 10 min walk). Close to the tube (5 mins to Kennington & 15 mins to Vauxhall) but tucked away on a very quiet, tree-lined street!

Also lots of Santander cycles/Lime bikes around the corner, and a stone's throw to the park & close to the Thames.

Bills are not included in the price. For water, electricity, internet, and council tax, it's about £160 a month.

Also, I'll be looking to sell my furniture, ideally as a package, to whoever takes over the room. This would include a hardwood bed frame, double mattress from Emma, a sit-stand convertible desk, a built-in wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a table, and an extra coat rack on the landing - all in perfect condition. Price negotiable, but I'm thinking in the range of £600.
