1 bedroom for rent close to Kennington tube statio

Hi there! Since one of our flatmates has just moved back to Spain, we are looking for a new mate to join our crew from June.

The room and the house

We live in a 4-floor terraced house with two full bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room, and a lovely backyard. The room is on the top floor and quite sunny. It comes furnished with a mattress and bed frame and basic furniture. Rent is £665/month and includes all bills.

The location

The house is just a few minutes walk away from Kennington tube station. It is perfectly connected both through underground and buses. Walworth Road high street is just 10 min walking, while stores, shops of any type and the beautiful Kennington Park are within walking distance.

The housemates

We are a group of 5 young professionals, men and women, in their early to mid thirties, coming both from England and different parts of Europe, who enjoy each other’s company around the house and outside, when occasion presents. We like to party together, though adulting and keeping a job mean that the house is usually a place to chill and relax.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a likeminded individual, with similar life arrangements and open to live communally, so to balance the energy of the house. There is no minimum stay openly required, but we will give priority to longer stays.

Accessibility

Due to the large amount of stairs, the house is not wheelchair accessible. The room gives on the internal courtyards and therefore is spared from the noisy road at the front of the house.
