Hello! I’m Constantina (28), currently finishing my Master’s in Architecture at the Royal College of Art – and I’m looking for a wonderful new flatmate to join me in my beautiful home in Kennington. My current flat mate has to leave due to work abroad so we would love someone to take her bright spacious room.

* Super quick City access – my current flatmate works in Bank and gets there in 10 minutes

* Close to Kennington Park, cute cafes, riverside walks and more


👋 About Me:

I’m warm, friendly, and into all things creative – from cooking and painting to looking after my plants and obsessing over dogs. (I’m hoping to do the occasional dogsitting gig, so ideally you’re cool with a pup being around now and then!)

I’m planning to travel a bit over the summer, and then I’ll be on the hunt for a full-time job in architecture from September. I might be around the flat a bit more than usual while I’m job-hunting, but the goal is to be out and about once I’m working full-time.


Ideally someone between 27–33 (no couples), working full-time and not fully remote – extra points if you're in a creative field! I’m looking for someone who’s naturally tidy, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces - someone who takes care of their home and appreciates a clean, calm environment.

I’d love to live with someone who enjoys their own space and social life, but is also up for the occasional shared dinner, picnic in the park, or a glass of wine on the sofa. If we click and a friendship naturally grows, that’s a lovely bonus.

Totally happy for you to have friends over now and then for a meal or chilled evening, but everything within reason. Most of all, I’m looking for someone who brings good energy and wants to treat the place as a home :)
