Double room in Kennington available from October

Double bedroom available in a 5 bed house in Kennington living with a lovely group of girls!

A drama free, sociable house where all of the gals met on Spareroom! We have all become good friends and love a good pub sesh or cozy movie night in. We have our own friends in London but love spending time together too. We really hope our new housemate will slot right in and become one of the gals 🫶

Lots of nice coffee shops & pubs close by with Kennington park just down the road. 🌞

All bills included in rent apart from council tax (39.80) & wifi (£8.44). We all put a tenner in to a house pot every two months for cleaning supplies etc.

All of us have lived in the house for around a year all the way up to 6 years! I’m moving abroad with work in October and am sadly having to give up my room 💔
