Room for let - Elephant and Castle

Looking for someone to take over this room in a four-bedroom house in central London, to take over the lease starting 13th September.

House includes a kitchen, dining room (that is also used as an office), living room and balcony. The bathroom is shared between you and two of the other housemates. Small chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed come with the room and there’s a second wardrobe outside the room for you to use too. Football posters unfortunately not included!

We all chip in for a cleaner who comes every fortnight, and bills are approx £150 per month.

You’ll be joining three of us who are all professionals, clean and friendly, always up for a glass of wine but also happy to do our own thing.

Supermarket, tube, coffee shop, pubs and many restaurants, and a museum all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
