Looking for friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate for a double room with a wall of fitted cupboards on 6th/7th floor of a maisonette. In Zone 1 and close to Waterloo/Lambeth North tube.
Light, spacious furnished flat. Quiet with amazing views. Living with a 31 yr old female horse racing journalist typically working from home 1 or two days a week, often at weekends. Looking for a female professional or mature student of similar age who ideally works from home no more than 2 days a week.
Whilst enjoying company the landlord, due to the demanding nature of her job would like for the flat to remain as a suitable place to relax after work/at weekends and therefore not suited to someone looking to regularly host.
The room available is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan and bills to include electricity, water rates, council tax, internet and fortnightly cleaner come to approx £190pm
