After 7 years together my flatmate is, unfortunately moving in with his partner so I am looking for someone to fill his room from November 1st (with earlier move in possible).

*Room has plenty of storage with a free-standing and built in wardrobe, Drawers and bedside units
* Located in Kennington, ~5 minutes from Kennington tube and Kennington Cross
* £1200 PCM - All bills included including fortnightly cleaner
I work in property and usually WFH 1-2 a week (Tues & Fridays).
Looking for someone who is relaxed and looking for a home rather than just a room.
