Room available in Kennington/Oval 🎀

Double room available (date flexible) in a lovely 3 bed girls house. The house is spread across 3 levels. It has a large living room, large kitchen and living area, and a lovely garden out back.

The room is £950 pcm and bills are around £170 a month.

This is a friendly and social household, you'll be sharing with Charlotte and Amelia, both in their 20s. The girls are social and spend time together watching TV, having bbqs in the summer, and pub trips. We also have great neighbours and a really friendly and safe street.

Transport:
🚇 Oval station (Northern line): 5 mins walk
🚇 Kennington station (Northern line): 5 mins walk
🚇 Vauxhall station (Victoria line + overground + national rail): 10 mins walk.

Buses nearby get you anywhere central within 30 mins too. I work in Oxford Circus and take the bus to work within 30 mins every morning.

The local area:
🍎 Big tesco: 2 min walk
🍏Waitrose (Nine Elms and Vauxhall) and Sainbury's local nearby.
🌳 Kennington Park is a 2 min walk across the road - perfect for summer hangouts, reading, running, and there is a pizza place in the park.
☕ Sweet independent cafes like Sally White and Urban Organica, plus two Gails nearby.

Westminster and Big Ben are just 2 kms away. I do a lot of running and this was my closest local route, so a great chance to become the strava local legend if you're a runner.

Battersea park and the power station are easily accessible by tube or a 30 min walk away.

The house is close to the Oval Cricket ground which brings a great summer buzz and fun crowds to the local pubs.
