Hoping to find someone CLEAN and tidy, who really wants to make this place a home🤍 LGBTQ+ friendly and no smokers please.
I’d like to be friends with who I live with, but also respectful of each others own space😌
Looking for another student- has to have a uk guarantor or be able to pay 6 months in advance. Or someone who doesn’t mind paying council tax on their own.
It would be a one year contract with a possibility to extend. The rent is £1300 and bills come out to up to £150 per person. It’s available from now.
About me: I’m a third year osteopathy student. I love dance, pilates, surfing, going out for coffee/matcha, traveling and I’m very big on music and movies.
