Monthly rent £1,800, plus bills come to about £320 for council tax, water, gas and electricity and wifi.

Ideally looking for one person or a couple with a combined salary of £65k or more to take over the lease.

The flat is furnished although some of the stuff in the pictures is mine.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has gorgeous shutters which block out all the light. It's next to the street but you don't get much footfall here and I rarely get woken up. It comes with the bed and the desk under the window. There's two massive wardrobes built in.

EN-SUITE
Please note this is the only bathroom. It all functions well and we recently had the shower replaced so that's really nice now.

LIVING ROOM
Nice and spacious. Comes with table, chairs, sofa, big armchair, coffee table and TV stand. It also comes with a small TV (not pictured) but we've never used it.

KITCHEN
Really nice, spacious kitchen. Huge fridge and freezer which both are quite new, and a very good working oven and hob which both seem in good condition. Lots of surface space and cupboard space. All surface appliances are ours.

GARDEN
Great patio garden area with big shed at the back that we keep all of our suitcases etc. in.

Looking for someone to take over our lease from 2 Nov. Current lease is until 10 March 2027. With renters rights bill coming in soon, the length of the lease may become irrelevant.
