Cosy Double Room in Kennington Flat ✨

We have a lovely room available in our friendly, creative flat in Kennington, just a short walk from the Northern Line and great local cafés, pubs, and green spaces.

The flat is split level with access to a private patio (complete with furniture!) and an open plan kitchen and living room. We have 1 bathroom but we all work relatively different schedules so it works perfectly for us.

The room is a double, garden facing (which gets lovely light!), has a desk and plenty of storage space.

You’d be living with me (Gigi - an aspiring photographer who loves baking and watching movies) and my flatmates Brendan and Ryan, two Canadian guys who are passionate about travelling and live music. We are a friendly, queer-inclusive home who love to have a good chat in the living room with a bottle of wine (or anything else if you don’t drink!).

We are ideally looking for a female* flatmate in her mid-late 20s who is tidy, sociable and who wants a place that feels like a home rather than just a room.
