We’re about to move into a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom flat in Kennington, just an 8-minute walk from Lambeth North Station and 15 minutes from Kennington Station. There are also plenty of bus routes nearby, so getting around central London is super easy.

About the flat:
It’s a spacious and well-kept flat with good natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living area, and one shared bathroom. The location is great — quiet street, friendly neighbours, and plenty of cafés, shops, and parks nearby.

About us:
You’ll be sharing with two friendly and tidy professionals (plus two lovely cats 🐱). We haven’t moved in the new flat but we currently live together. We like to keep the flat clean and relaxed and enjoy a friendly, respectful atmosphere at home. Giz is British and works as a researcher and loves reading. Es is from Ecuador, former dancer, works in a private equity company and enjoys the fitness life and the arts. We both are very sociable and enjoy having a glass wine and watch Netflix when we can.

About you:
We’re looking for a considerate, easygoing flatmate (preferably female) who’s happy to share the space and occasionally have a chat or dinner together. No couples, please.

Move-in date: 1st November
Rent: £850 per month excluding bills (We don’t know how much the bills will be as we will only find out once we move in. We expect to pay around £120ish or less which is what we currently pay)
