We are renting a Double room in Kennington, 7 mins from the Northern Line

A big, bright furnished double room is available in our 3-bedroom flat in Kennington from 1st November.

The room gets lovely morning sunlight and has plenty of storage. The flat has a big living room, a large kitchen and a very big garden, which is perfect for BBQs in the summer. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine.

The rent is £1,020 per month, with bills around £100 per person. Deposit is £933.

The location is one of the best things about the flat.
- Kennington Station on the Northern Line is a 7-minute walk away
- Kennington Park is only 3 minutes away
- Central London is around 20 minutes away.

There are currently three of us living here:

Riccardo, 26, Italian, I’m the house chef.
Anastasia, 26, my girlfriend, she is the house baker
Michele, 32, he eats everything and he is also an actor!

We normally hang out together in the evenings and at weekends, but we are all busy professionals and respect each other’s privacy. Riccardo (me) and Anastasia almost never work from home, while Michele works from home around three days a week.

We are very open-minded about who joins us. The one thing that really matters to us is cleanliness. We like keeping the flat clean and organised, so we’re looking for someone who feels the same way.

We prefer a longer stay but can consider shorter stays.
