We are Riccardo and Jon. Your new potential flatmates!

I’m Riccardo, 25, Italian and I sell wine (off course). I work from home half a day and travel lots of business.

John is 28, British, neuro surgeon and cooks a mean chicken curry. Never works from home, in fact.. almost never home at all.

The house is a 3 bed, 1.5 bathrooms with a huge back garden great for BBQs

We live
- 7 mins from Kennington and Oval (Northern line) station, 15 min from Vauxhall (Victoria line)
- 7 mins from big Morrison, small Tesco and 5 min from Nisa Local
- Surrounded by gyms at 5, 8, 10 mins away
We stayed in these house years cause it is incredibly well connected and the landlords are great people.

We are looking for a 20-35 year old who cares about living in a clean environment.

We are all busy with our lives and respect each other spaces, we have a cleaner that comes weekly/ bi-weekly but in between we really care that the house is kept clean.
