Hey! We've got a spare room in our lovely Kennington flat starting early February!

We're 2 girls looking for a female student to join us in our bright flat (with really nice views!) in central London from 3rd February until September. It's a fully furnished room with bed, closet, and desk.

📍It's a great location with an 8mins walk to Kennington station (zone 1 Northern line), 15 mins to Vauxhall station (Victoria line) and 15 mins to Lambeth North (Bakerloo line).
There's also a direct bus that goes to central london (Holborn) in 25mins right in front of our house!

Details
Rent is £1025+ £80 bills. Our landlord does ask for a 5 week deposit and 3 months rent upfront

You'd be living with us, two girls, one student and one professional who have loved living here for the past 2 years. We're looking for someone who'd be happy to have a chat in the kitchen now and then. We enjoy going to the pub, having a picnic, or going to the cinema together once in a while but no pressure!
