It's centrally located in zone 1 with great transport links. Close to three tube lines (Kennington, Lambeth North and Vauxhall) , 20 mins walk to the Thames and various buses. A 10 minute walk to Kennington tube and a 15 minutes walk to Vauxhall and Lambeth North.
You can also walk in to town and are 20 mins away from the London Eye and the Southbank. The river is a 20 min walk away with great views to Big Ben. Lots of pubs, shops, green spaces, Mercato Metropolitana and a farmers market are close by and are easily accessible.
